Persikotas to Be Based at Galuh Stadium, Ecep: A Good Start for the Future of East Priangan Football

The cooperation cover stadium sharing, youth development, supporter education, sport tourism, marketing, and commercial partnerships. The asymmetric relationship means talent may flow from Persikotas to PSGC without safeguards. The peace declaration between Laskar Singacala and Laskar Wiradadaha hints at previous supporter friction. The governance structure also raises a potential conflict of interest because a sitting Regent controls a public stadium used by a third-party club.
